In order for me to use my machine I have duct tape the door shut for sensor to work to wash my clothes. Read more ce experience I have to wait longer for my Hisense machine door to fixed. The customer service Hisense has been absolutely 110% crap house less than even satisfactory if call that been satisfied, the contractor sydney appliances has the same crap customer servi. I bought a Hisense washing machine the quality the machine is good unfortunately the lock on my machine came off, I called jb hi fi moore park, Sydney to put the claim through the white goods coordinator tried for 2 weeks to get through to Hisense to lodge the claim with no success, it’s taken me a week and a 1/2 to get through Hisense chase everything up.
